Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment.
Our system emails your order receipt as soon as the order is complete. If you did not receive an order receipt please check the Spam settings of your email program. Often Spam filters block email addresses with the words “Orders” or “Customer Service” in the email subject or address.
Out of Stock Policy
While we always attempt to maintain a substantial in-stock quantity for all of our products, it is possible that we may have a less in-stock quantity for a particular item that you want to order. If you have ordered multiple items and some of them are immediately available from our inventory, we will ship those to you immediately and send you the back-ordered item when it arrives, at no additional shipping charges to you. Out of stock items are shipped within approx. 7-10 business days after we receive your requested item. If you purchased next day delivery for your out of stock item, no worries it will be shipped next day when they become available.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our automatic processing system. If your shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, unclaimed or canceled after placing your order; If we have to reship the product, there is an additional shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card.

For your own safety, if the shipping and the billing address differ you must fax (248) 546- 6004 or email (email@example.com) a legible copy of your government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc) and a copy of the credit card used, shortly after placing your order.
For your protection, all orders over $100 are shipped requiring signature confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your USPS shipping confirmation number, so you can track your package. To track your shipment, click on the USPS logo below and enter your tracking number in the appropriate field.

Ground Shipping (US Only) Ground Shipping will take 2-3 days to arrive at your doorstep. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated by the carrier.
Express 2nd Day Shipping (the US Only) Priority shipping will take 2 business days to arrive at your door. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated by the carrier.
Express Next Day Shipping (the US Only) Express Next Day shipping will take 1 business day to arrive at your door, to most US areas. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated by the carrier. If the item is out of stock, no worries it will be shipped express Next Day when it becomes available.
International shipping is $65 to all other countries outside the US. We ship UPS International Global Express mail (5-10 days), with tracking number, and insurance. Delivery is Monday – Friday.
